My Story
I am a 33 year old, happily married Director of Customer Service for the best mobile phone company the world has ever seen. I live in San Francisco, California and I was born in San Francisco. My heritage is half Greek, quarter Dutch, quarter Scottish.
I have spent many years working in IT, mostly as a network engineer for ISPs, but I have also managed NOCs (many), data centers (1), customer service groups (many) and I worked for Virgin Mobile USA for almost 4 years and Verizon Wireless for almost a year on a contract basis.
I love movies, video games, traveling, playing pool, drinking with friends and rollerblading around the city.
